worst experience
super deluxe room doesn't have
1. drinking water
2. clean Towels
3. slippers
4. No hangers or any other option to hang clothes
5.manager is arrogant
6.Unhygienic
Better to avoid such hotels

Very dirty bedsheet and there are also smells in the blanket as they can't do their drycleaning as far as concerned.
Bathroom taps are not working properly.
can't suggest to stay their

no availability of water in washroom. No response even after half an hour's of complaint. Order for food given something else but comes in room something else.

clean rooms and hospitable staff. extremely cooperative. extremely professional. fast services. food quality is very good.
DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!
they were very professional. A meeting was to be set up and they have arranged everything in an hour. wifi was good. projector quality is great.

Poor Staff!
No WiFi Here, Cutting Off Electricity In Every 15 minutes. They Didn't Even Provide Telephone For Convenience. will not come back here ever!!!

pathetic experience..bed sheets n laundry r too dirty there is no cleaness in rooms,neither there is any landline in the room..for everything u have to make calls..it more lodge..

The environment was pleasant and welcoming. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. We stay here once a year at least for special events when we don’t want to drive home. Staff is always friendly. Very clean. Have never had a bad experience and it’s right in the heart of city.The staff is very cooperative as I asked for some special arrangements and they have arranged everything in our budget.Thankyou Hotel Heritage for making our trip memorable for past 10 years.
