“We really liked the convenient location close to the railway station and bus stand, which made travel with the family much easier. The staff were polite and helpful, and the rooms were spacious enough for all of us. The hotel offered reliable hot water, and the food we tried at the restaurant was tasty. Overall, it felt comfortable and safe for a family stay, especially for a short trip.

This is an old hotel. Just by outside look it seems like a new one .We selected a non AC room. The furniture and bathroom are old. The food from its restaurant is also not up to the mark .The old man from the reception was very rude to us.

hotel highland park is situated in a good location. staff are helpful. restaurant works only in the morning, even though restaurant details are displayed in front of the hotel. good food is available in hotel highland, same management hotel located about 50 metres away. ground floor lift works only after the security staff calls reception to send it down. better to go to the first floor to catch the lift. i think the room rent is on the higher side. rooms are clean but there is problem with mosquitoes.

the best thing about this hotel is its proximity to both railway station and ksrtc stand. there are many restaurants nearby. we have stayed here only for a day. it was a pleasant experience. the staff were helpful.

the room had a bad smell as there was no passage. there is no mosquito net for the window and hence not able open the window that lead more hot and bad smell in the room.

the location of the hotel is good, easy access to all the nearest places. also bike rental is very near to the hotel. food places are also good near to the hotel. hotel room is very big, toiletries are not provided, 24 hrs hotwater is provided.
