1) booked a Triple room with Rolling Bed with advanced payment - was allocated a small double bed room as the Bigger rooms were not vacant as per staff
2) unpleasant smell and dark reception
3) Staff behaviour is cold and unprofessional
4) Bathroom had bad odour with No bathroom fresher placed even after request
5) Chicken or Non veg not available - only They provide Egg - no mention of that while booking

I recently stayed here but it's the worst hotel I have seen. it is so unhygienic , smelly that I even didn't like to click pictures for reviews. No intercom works. it was pasted with five numbers on it and all of them connected are wrong numbers. it would connect to someone in other states. we ordered Veg pakoras and coffee. Pagodas were smelly and chewy like rubber and coffee was without sugar.
Deluxe room had broken washbasin and door. other rooms conditions you can imagine

Hotel is in Maraimalainagar near Akshaya metropolis. From SRM university its approx 15 to 20 mins by car or auto. Due to the location its a bit difficult to get app cabs. Always keep some extra time. Rooms were ok for me. I stayed for 3 days with my son who got admitted in SRM. More or less clean rooms. Food cost was too high. I took breakfast in a nearby shop and lunch dinner we ordered from Swiggy. Hotel allows outside food. We were provided complimentary mineral water and tea which was a very good gesture. Overall I remommend this hotel to fellow travellers

rooms was bad first day i have to sleep without ac in room no 301 then complaint to owner ms yamuna then she shift me to another room which was 104. i have booked for 3 days but since there is no food and too far i have moved out of the hotel on 2nd day and requested refund of last day

Rooms are clean and neat.
staff are very cooperative.
They provided us Breakfast as early as 6.30 A.m, on our request.Enjoyed my stay.

My reason for staying here was proximity to SRM Uni. Positives are: Room size and room ambience is fine. The staff try and provide good service. I realized they did not charge for food and provide water bottles on request without any limit as such. Breakfast is okay and food is better. I paid 3500 per night which is slightly higher for a hotel of this category. There are very few options near SRM so this was probably one of the better ones.
