There was no proper receptionist & instead of providing queen size bed provided 2 separate beds which was not good also there was no serving of basic need which is water bottles or even simple drinking water was also not available nor they care to serve even for asking for soap or bathroom needs they were not able to provide so overall it was pathetic experience in the name of hotel . I personally recommend not to book this hotel thinking its in the main market above dominos because they don't serve any basic needs very bad & pathetic experience .

Good experience with hill bottom stays, the reception guy also a very friendly and nice Receiving, Rooms also very comfortable.

Had a bit confusion with hotel authorities as they had took additional 2000/- advance even after we made while booking.Kindly address this with hotel authorities and give back my money 2000/- rupees as we are currently in the hotel itself. We faced this as inconvenience.
