Booked a deluxe room, but was lucky enough to get an upgrade to a super deluxe room which was very good. Very good staff behaviour, prompt service---all in all a wonderful experience.

Had an excellent stay at Hilton , Bankura. The room was very comfortable and clean. Service was very prompt. And the food being served was excellent. Had an amazing stay!

The hotel premises are fairly new and ok. If you take a vehicle, then parking is open, opposite to the hotel. Bread with fungus was toasted and served during breakfast. They have to make improvements with the quality of food being served. The management has to take note of this

Seriously the experience of living in this hotel was out of the world. I have got everything I needed at the twist of my fingers. The rooms were swanky clean, the bathroom well maintained, the food was awesome and the behaviour of the owner And staff was very courteous. Any day after I would choose hotel Hilton to stay once again.
