reception and front office staff are very rude to talk and irrespective behavior they think like there the owner of hotel vinod his waiting nearly 1.30 mints to check in I came 2 pm check in time is 3 30 pm before his told 15 mints wait so such idiot of his

very bad experience and checkin was further delayed. standard check in time was 3pm and it was delayed by over an hour inspite of prior information and the reception confirmed check in before 3. we had a toring day and night 2 am we had a false alarm and post Complaining again at 3 am another false alarm. had a terrible stay and pathetic service
