they told me to book room as we will prove u early check in at 12 when i reach hotel they didint gave me the room till 3 pm i called then first i will book room if u have me early checkin they told me to book a room then didint gave the early checking they are scammer there

I must take out the recent 5star rating..I was denied deserved complimentary..I was made to wait outside airport for pickup sweating for almost 1hri was denied adjustment of date 24th checkout to 25th checkout. my flight got cancelled on date 21st so must my hotel advance booking of date 21st be adjust from 22nd to 25th..Bye Hillton garden inn..i had been one of your geniune guest for 5 times but you treated me wrong..but i appreciate the dinning hall staffs they are the sole staffs that made me keep silent

I had comfortable stay as room service was good. The pool was clean. But the food at restaurant was stale and cold. I took buffet on first day and realized the Chef was heating food in microwave. Food ought to have been freshly cooked in tandoor. The waitor didnot serve water even till 30 minutes and served water after I asked for. Good stay. But room facilities are not upto the level as per hotel category.Breakfast and service staff is so nice.
