staff if courteous. breakfast was just about ok. not very good. hot water was not hot, lukewarm at best. location is good, but for this price their breakfast & hot water service needs to be immaculate.

Power trip in every 1 hour. Hassle in check in. Reception staff behavior is poor. No water galls in the room to drink.

The alloted room was spacious but was full of dust when we checked in.
Less than ordered quantity of portion/item was supplied.
We took a night break on our road trip from Kolkata to Meghalaya. It's just bang on the highway, which was advantageous for us.
Parking is just outside the hotel building. Open yet guarded.
Room was very dirty.
