Pros..5star location.Just across the holy river.5 star for amenities like room heater, hair dryer,water kettle, Geyser,and yes, both types of lavs for border convenience.
Both Anjali ji and her assistants are cooperative and helpful.Food is good, but during dinnertime it's too cold to avail it at their restaurant.
Positive and cooperative behavior.

Over priced. Owner doesnt care for guest . Breakfast not provided even after being reminded. Office boy only interested in asking for guide services.

Just on the banks of holy river Ganga,good place to stay. Hotel is ok with nice services only draw back you need to go a long way from parking. I had to pay ₹1000/_ to coolie to & fro

Decent room with basic amenities which can be expected in the difficult terrain of Gangotri dham. Electricity is not present at all times there. But the best part is its amazing and fulfilling location opposite Maa Gangotri temple with flowing Gangotri river which makes your stay worthwhile.

pillows are dirty, room was extremely short not as it was told, water is coming out from the washroom, western comot sit was not for adults it's meant for babies, no drinking water available..i was told that i had to pour water from tap & drink it

it is really a good place to stay. kind and helpful staff. with a beautiful garden at the backyard along with table tennis board.
