Worst Experience as they did not provide basic amenities like electricity. once the Main power was gone they did not switch on the Generator

washroom was leaking , the hotel staff was not co-operative . we booked for 2adukt +2 kids and only one double bed was there in room which was dirty .
they didn't even have us 2 extra pillows .
overall inconvenient stay for us .

I have spoken to Sapna Devi from Goibigo regarding the same issues. I can understand the issues people are facing due to covid 19 at the same time hotel management also are facing the same. but as a Customer travelling from Mumbai and paying so high price where in you get the same hotel in max 500/- in these places I was like What to do.... no electricity no lockno tvno cable no water no cells in remote towels are dirty no toilet soapno dust binproperty is in maintainceand so onI can again understand due to covid every body is disturbbut
