UNCLEAN ROOMS and RUDE SERVICE
There was no hot water, and when I requested the room service for this, I got a rude reply. Rooms were not clean. It is not worth the money.

It was a surprise and pleasure experience. Room is very good. Especially the toilet. Maintained well.. Only negative is the check in time. I reached hotel by early mor 6. Since check in time was 12 I was forced to pay 500 extra whereas the room charge is 1000. If management consider and make the check in time by Mor its very much helpful for visitors like us.

I was staying in the HIY rooms, coimbatore for 3 days. I feel the receptionist - Mr. Tamil, and the room boy - Mr. Akeel, had shown the atmost care and made the stay feeling as if I stay in my own house. Very supportive receptionist I ever met. Right from the cab booking, food, they took atmost care in booking for me. THANK YOU MR. TAMIL :) :) I will recommend HIY Rooms ( Kamadhenu Residency) to my friends also :) :) and I will choose HIY Rooms for my future stays.

Good hotel... clean tidy and friendly people.. But it isnt a couple friendly hotel. Visitors are not allowed too!
