We arrived at night, and I think the room we had booked was a Cozy Room. But it seemed like all such rooms were already booked. Still, the staff helped us and provided us with a bigger and more expensive room at the same price. This shows how serious the hotel staff is about their work and about taking care of their customers. For their kind-hearted gesture, I would gladly give them a 5-star recommendation.

there is regular disturbance of water motor near my room. I have called hotel staff for this concern but never resolved. I have booked this hotel multiple time but same complaint.

the hotel is at a walking distance (10 minutes) from the main market area.
i loved staying at this place and the mountain view room that we booked was totally worth it.

We stayed for 1 night in the property. Had one concern regarding the stay. cold wind was blowing via window gap which was placed just above the bed. Imagine sleeping in such a bed in December winter in dharamshala.
Apart from this rest of the property was ok.

very bad property. smelly washroom which was unbearable. seepage walls and room was in very bad condition. intercom was also not working. Asked to change room due to intercom and seepage walls and the smelly washroom, but they denied. give 1 phone number to call if you need any service. no hospitality and your holiday will be ruined. Nobody cares about you and your comfort. they are just booking rooms for money and no maintenance at all.
Better to book other property.

okay
I had a great experience here at Hotel Holiday Hill. One of the best stay here in Mcleodganj, Dharamshala. Room was very clean with all the amenities. Staff was really helpful and kind. Looking forward to stay here again in the future visits.
