the room was clean and spacious. the bathroom was clean too. we were provided with basic consumables like tea, coffee, soaps etc. the staffs were responsive and polite. the restaurant is pure veg. breakfast is a non buffet type. the hotel doesn’t have thier own parking. cars have to be parked along the highway or at the parking space of a nearby mall. a bit risky. overall it was a good experience.

Room wise, it was good. For 2 people, the room size was decent. almirah. table, electric kettle, tv, ac was there. bathroom is good. Food service was good. but the bad part is they do not have a car parking at all. You have to keep your car at your own risk on the roadside below the hotel. under the open sky.

It was a very good hotel. Very comfortable stay. Good restaurant. Very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms had kettles. Would love to stay again.

Excellent service and well maintained.
I will have a life long pleasant memory attached to this hotel.
It was my wedding day on 8th March 2019.
Booked 5 rooms for 10 guests in this last minute as our original plan to stay in **** was a big mistake.
I bet this hotel would cost more than 3000 for cities like Guwahati but we got for **** INR in Goibibo. Exactly as described in picture. Good location and great room service. All of the Hotel staffs were very professional and well mannered.
I would happily give 6 star should it be available...
Holiday Palace, you saved my wedding.. !

room is nice with atttached bathroom. has mini refrigeratoe hot kettle . u get cofee packets and tea bags with sugar cubes. complimentary breakfast should be more varied. power cut problem is there . service bit slow.
hotel.staff need more professionality.. it has inhouse restuarant tarang only veg food is served which taste good but on higher side. pure veg restuarant.
