The hotel is at a good location however the staff over there is very cold in terms of hospitality. They don't even bother to greet the guests, rather keep sitting on their chairs in the garden area and get up only when guests asks about checkin. The food was good, other than that there is nothing to write home about. The room was poorly maintained and they were mostly interested in taking care of the folks who were coming late night from Jammu to party, drink and dance at the property. Not at all recommended for a fammily.
