Room is clean and spacious for 1 Adult.Clean towel, clean bed and amenities. There is no lift, as the property is on 2nd floor and after 2nd level, there is lift for next levels.If we consider professionally, room looks good to me. But it would be better that washroom flush button and water mug needs to be changed. Not properly maintained. Secondly, there is no kettle to make tea / coffee. A/c remote is not working, tho the temperature count is changing in remote, its not reflecting on A/c sensor.

we checked in at 22:00 after a long journey, once we checked in rooms were allocated, when we went to the room, the bed was not made, no bed sheets, pillows, pillow cover. night time no water war coming from the taps in bathroom, and had to call reception for that at 0300 and next day at 0400.had to call reception thrice to get a bottle of drinking water
this was the condition of our checked in room

neat rooms. when we request to reception only get iron box kettle set etc. not providing hair oil and shampoo. overall nice hotel.

Nice stay. Amble parking space. Spacious rooms. Negative: Old designed bathroom wall tiles. Height of shower 🚿 was not sufficient for a 6 ft tall person. Stepping to toilet was difficult as the riser height is more than 15 centimetres. No dental kit and bath soap provided.

hotel is in the centre which can be easily located with spacious rooms. breakfast was good but time consuming. very close to temples. employees are friendly and the hotel is neat

Amenities and services were nice. Staff behavior was courteous. There was dining facility but food was not tasty, it was spicy but staff in dining facility were good, chef was nice. Location was on main road, and it was nice. There was no complimentary services.
