Bathroom were smelling badly
Bathroom mat was full of dust
Wash basin water flow was choked up
Towels were not good ,need to improve housekeeping
Rooms were spacious

It was horrible staying in hotel Punampalace.When we reached hotel at 11:00 pm no body was in reception.We had to searched person.We booked Ac room and he has given us non ac and asking for extra money for ac room.I will not suggest anybody for this hotel.
