It will be wrong to say that it is an average hotel. It's a very good hotel. Cleanliness is above par and they have maintained this very nicely. rooms are spacious. there are a few pros and cons which are mentioned below.
Pros:
1. Very Clean
2. Spacious rooms
3. Friendly Staff
4. Great Location
5. Good Restaurant with quality food. Specially Nonveg
Cons:
1. Less Staff
2. Lack of amenities in the room. e.g. coffee maker and kinds of stuff (it there but not so good)

This is a decent hotel. Location is also strategic. The staff is good and courteous. Hotel is clean too. I did not try any food from there.The stay was value for money.

Flexible checkin & checkout, good room service and decent breakfast.
Tea was provided at 6.30am and breakfast at 7.30am, in the room. Room was decent sized

The Hotel was okay overall. One small bad thing was that the room boy will wake you up in the morning to offer you comlimentary tea/coffee. Why should they wake us up if not asked for? My sleep was disturbed. I checked in at midnight and that wake up call disturbed me a lot.

Excellent food of Restaurant Rayyan. No other restaurant near by due to hotel being on highway, 12km's from MMRT. Rooms are small comparatively but very clean. Staff is very supportive and helpful. Good breakfast. Overall experience is amazing.
