1) beds did not have curtains- no privacy
2) chose a lower bed, but the ac was right above my head which was uncomfortable
3) no ironbox facility - which is very basic and is provided in almost all dorms i have stayed bofore
4) rooms and bathrooms were very untidy
5) hot water was not available

1..The room are conjusted. not enough space to walk around. no privacy curtain for the Doms.
2..only 2 people can work comfortable others can sit in the floor and upstairs lounge area there is two bench setup not easy to sit and work. you have to bend and sit.
3.. they have 3 dogs they are cute but they come and sit around your floor cushion. their fur and dust will be all around your body. you have to sit on them which make uncomfortable. dogs not clean.

House of stories is an awesome hostel with very diverse people from all parts of India and outside. Hosts Shivam and Brinda are very cool. Lot of fun activities happened on my stay like standup comedy, art Mela, cooking session. I had very good memories with boomika, Mouna and harsh.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the House of Stories hostel in Bangalore, and it was an exceptional experience. I stayed in the female dorm for six, which was impeccably clean and hygienic. The owners were incredibly friendly, and their adorable pets instantly brightened my mood with their playful energy.

very pathetic. please do opt for this property. This is the house of mosquitoes and dogs. Don't expect cleanness here. Waste of time & money
