Very disappointing experience, the room was shabby with low quality furnitures, Insects were roaming around then room. Please work on the hygiene of the toilet. Worst experience, not value for money at all

The worst hotel I have been to. Managed by a bunch of unprofessional people. Very Dirty and stinky. Under construction. Exorbitantly priced. You would wonder for the price they would have something decent. This stay ruined my vacation. I got sick(acute diarrhea) in the night from the food there.... . Did not expect this from them. I want my money back for this stay.

I would say it's very pathetic hotel. Super deluxe room was smell very badly, It is under construction, hotel staff was very disgusting not cooperative at all...breakfast and dinners was also very poor..not even recommend one rating.

Very Bad, Full of dirt, No cleanness,Drainage chokeup,Bad smell every where , food quality is very bad, dinner plates & glasses uses again without wash.All shown pics by them pic is new hritik palace & the stay is in old hritik palace...... . There are many more hotels in khajjiar.Don't stay in hritik palace.Very Very VERY BAD.I pay ...per night for 2 rooms booked before 2 months. The dirtiest hotel I ever came across through, bad hospitality, poor service and you need to eat the food of hotels choice. overall a pathetic experience.
