The hotel reception Girls seemed arrogant and unhelpful. They didn't respond to our requests in a timely manner. The hotel needs to work on staff training to improve customer service and responsiveness.

staff was not cooperative. They charged 4000 extra for early check in request of 2 hours. Since Train timings don't align with check in timings they conveniently did it.highly unprofessional

hyatt place - vijayawada located outside vijayawada and no near by shopping or restaurant or any transport. rooms are good. breakfast spread is limited and you will get andhra cousin any time. no parking, very limited. comparative other premium hotels food is very expensive. for this price we can explore many premium hotels in vijayawada

Our Stay was excellent and the service was also good. Breakfast was Great with different varieties of food and a quick service Live counter.Overall we liked it.

The amenities and facilities according to Hyatt standards are below par in this hotel. The staff are trying their best to serve the customer well but they lack experience. The food and room service needs to be improved a lot. The pricing and quality are an uneven match.

No proper amenities provided and everything seems to be coat cutting as we see all the things provided are for single person including towels ..

stay experience was average, room service is very poor. dirty pillow and bed sheet in freshly chek in rooms. when asked for toiletries in morning they took more than 1 hr finally managed without that.
