My second time staying at this hotel, this time in the regency suite. The cleanliness of the hotel has remained the same, and they listened to my last feedback about using non fragrant cleaning product so that was nice to find out. The suite had really large bed, so it was like staying at home. Wish the TV were newer models so you could cast your phone, that's almost essential these days as no one really watches cable any more. Room size was small charged for premium category but given a base category room. Bed was not comfortable . Extra bed was also not comfortable poor stay.

One of my best stays. the bed was comfortable, the furniture and bathroom was immaculate. The floor had fixed carpet that I am not a fan of, it can never be fully cleaned. I could see some stains on it as well, not the cleanest floor. The thermostat would not go above 24, so my usual 27 degree I keep my room in was missed.
