This is the third time I'm into Hycinth, but this time i didnt feel anything great in their service apart from TBX bar. In room there was no items in Mini bar and i have requested to fill it multiple times of no use. Pool side bar was empty when i visited.

Rooms and amenities were good. But due to one staffs miscommunication had to pay extra amount. We asked a technician send to our room about the snacks basket and he said it's complimentary. During check out hotel staff asked me to pay for snacks as its not complimentary. It was not mentioned anywhere that the basket is chargeable and their employee only confirmed its complimentary.

overall ok booked club room bed is small room is bit conjusted amenities were good but at night noise of people from nearby rooms caused trouble staff service excellent during breakfast a TVM guy having some physical disability shown great service with a smiling face food is also superb overall 3.75/5

Hycinth Hotel has always been a go-to whenever visiting Trivandrum. It is close to the heart of the city and the hotel is perfect in its hospitality. The staff right from the welcome desk to the housekeeping is polite, well mannered and prompt. I'd like to specially mention Rajeev who was a great help yesterday. Kudos to the management for such a well maintained establishment

Best hotel in Trivandrum, near Central railway Station. The buffet breakfast was nice with a lot of options. Friendly staff and they arranged early check-in and late check-out too. Privacy
