Receptionist was rude... When asked about hot water.. Said will be available only after 7.00 .. i requested to make some arrangements.. he denied... nothing can be done at 6.15 am... later around 6.45 am... hot water came

Don't want to see the face of this Hotel again ever in my life. Just for the service given by the Room Boy who came even after he had left from work I am giving the 2 Stars. Had requested Hot water to the same fellow for our 2 Kids in the night which wasn't given by Hotel. Hence I should be cutting one more star, however I am showing a big heart to give the 2nd Star. Hot water for bath is made available only in the morning. I was forced to bathe in cold water as I checked in at 9.30pm and checked out at 6.30 am. Taking bath in cold Hubli weather makes a person sick. Please ensure that the guest is provided with hot water for bath. Thank you.

Staff is very Rude.. Bathroom is very small and dirty.. No Indian toilet and poor ventilation.. Hotel rate is very expensive

The hotel is good. But service is below average. They just don't care. And they also must learn the etiquette to speak with customers. Especially the person at the counter Mr. Tyagraj has a lot of explanations but no 2 min to look into the problem.
