Pro's: Awesome place for a stay. Neat and clean room. The staff are very friendly. We stayed for a single night. Cons: We started to search for the room at 5:40 PM in online and found this recidency. At that time we had a slot from 6:00 PM, so we selected the 6:00 PM and booked the room. But the check-in time we got after the booking is the same day at 1:00 PM and the check-out time is 11:00 AM the next day. We asked the receptionist about the slot we selected and we got. But they said this is the same for all.

Rooms are specious enough. Not as luxurious as it looks in the pictures but good enough to have a nice staying. Services are very good. Staffs are gentle and good. The management is very professional tho. They'll charge you Rs. 500 + GST extra for little early check-in or late check-out. You get a balcony access from the room. But mosquitoes gonna be your room partner so be ready for that too.

hotel is on main road, and near to world trade center. hotel is clean but my room doesn't have ventilation and there is strong room spray smell on entering room. matress is very soft and go down creating uneven surface when you lie down. overall good for one or two day stay.

Excellent hospitality but poor infrastructure. The toilet flush was not working despite the request in two days nor did they bothered to change the room. Breakfast was very tasty and they provided on requested time. Overall I liked the attitude of reception and managers.

I recently stayed at Hotel-I Way Residency in Perungudi, Chennai, and had a very disappointing experience. I booked a deluxe room for three nights for three adults. Upon arrival, I was shocked to find the room was very small. When we placed the extra bed, it touched the washroom door.The reviews mentioned complimentary breakfast, but the hotel staff informed me that there is no complimentary breakfast for bookings. TV was not working properly.. Water heater was not at all in operating condition..When raised this complaint to staff, staffs were very impolite and rude behavior was shown to the customer.. Strictly avoid this hotel for this kind of behavior..
