prime location (mall road). hotel was good. good staff and cooperative manager. limited cp option but delicious one. rooms are bit old fashioned, but very well maintained. overall very good experience.

The best thing about this hotel was it's location on the mall road of manali. Spacious super deluxe room & toilet. However it's interior was old fashioned with wooden finish. Service quality was bad in the evening hrs as only kitchen staff were present to just listen to problem in room, but didn't resolve issues.

Location wise it is very preferable. But hotel rooms are very old, no ventilation is there. You can't remove the curtain also because after removing you only see very old buildings without painting. Cost is too much for a simple room only because of the perfect location.
