the experience was horrible
the front office people made me wait for 1hrs not only me including me lot of guest were waiting.
they were not replying me in a good manner.
i had to force them to give me a manual room.
i'll never stay again

The standard queen room is not worth the price. The room was very small, and so was the washroom. The washbasin was not clean at all.
Overall bathroom hygiene was very poor.

We were struggling for rooms. In the beginning they gave room 602.
Room was suffocating, bathroom had an inoperative flush, room itself was smelling bad. In the reception the north indian guys were so rude, they refused to change my room. Most of the north indian service guys in this hotel were unprofessional. I would like to thank Mr Praveen (a localite) who understood our problem and changed the room. Room was very small, no place to keep trolley bag. Bed was extremely bad. Entire night slept with itching due to the bed and blanket
