Rooms are clean and tidy, and so is the washroom.BUT the "spring and foam beds" are Miserable.it's like getting into a pit.Once you get in , getting out is a challenge.for people of 60+ it's very difficult and end up with back pain as is in our case.Secondly, the Breakfast.spread is quite big which is quite unnecessary.sambar was tasteless, and so were the 2 chutneys.it didn't have any Tamilnadu flavors and lacked salt in all your preparation.hope these are looked into

The quality of service is best as usual, but the room was not that good compared to my past stays. The washroom is getting clogged when used and the bed was not comfortable which resulted in back pain.

I had a good view when it comes to Accor groups, but unfortunately the last stay was not satisfied as rooms were quite disturbing the bed was uncomfortable, the room was quite smelly. I hope the people person should check on it and sort it, I appreciate the welcoming team which was as usual great experience.

Nice stay in a very convenient location and there's a Lulu hypermarket just opposite the road too. Ask for the non smoking floor/room if you're coming with family. The smoking floor smells horrible. The only negative is they charge very high for the food and drinks hence not recommending ordering anything from here. Nice for family/couple.

Its not good. They did not pick up calls when needed. Fpod was really worst, they didnt give many options in the food, not even the basic options in the food. Whilecheckin nobody cared about the customer. Very bad experience.
