OK grade hotel
Have some problems like no hot water arrangements but they provide water heater. No water in basin. Need to improve cleanliness urgently. Bur staff is very kind and location is good

Hi, it was our first experience staying here. The hotel was not at all good. The rooms were very unclean. The washrooms were dirtier than a public toilet. The washroom taps were broken. Also, the bucket and mug had black stains on them as if never washed. The water in the sink had a very bad smell (unable to bathe or even wash hands with that water). Rooms and toilets are dirty. Water was not available in the toilet. Min basic requirements like clean bed covers, hot water etc are not there. Staff is not aware about resolution of issues.
