Decent hotel but way overpriced for the amenities and room quality offered.
Stayed for a night. Nothing much to experience and comment on. Just slept there.

Very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The rooms were spacious and clean. The service was prompt and the staff very courteous and friendly. The check-out process could have been smoother but considering I was leaving at 4 a.m., I'll grant them that concession. Highly recommended.
Decent WiFi connection and good connectivity to major landmarks in the city.

This property is old. Charging point near bed not working, bathroom Marble breaked, permanent marks on bath tub, towels provided earlier not clean. This property is three star not a four star one. Staff is good and polite, breakfast options were less but are delicious. They should invest in property maintenance and upgradation which is necessity.

nice hotel at good location. very good amenities but obviously it cost your pocket. overall very good hotel if your pocket allows.

We were exhausted after a long drive from Manali. On reaching the Icon we were pleasantly surprised to note that its a very comfortable hotel with friendly service and staff. The rooms are very clean and beds are nice and soft. The breakfast buffet has something to please everyone's tastes. I would defintely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be centrally located.
