The bed sheets were not clean, the same sheets were used multiple times, due to which there were cockroaches and other insects on the bed. I got itchy red spots on both my arms and legs

I booked this dorm for the Coldplay concert because it was the closest and cheapest I could find near the venue. I paid for 2 beds for 2 nights which was way too much compared to what they charge on usual days which is ₹350-₹400 for a bed/night.The lift lobby & staircase to reach this dorm are right next to a public toilet in a bus stand, so it always smells bad while entering or leaving this place.They don't have any common space for people to sit, relax or work.The food court that they showcas ...more

It is a dangerous stay! BEWARE! Mosquitos. Bed Bites. And sabse upar, Guy at reception, asks extra money. All attitude , no service. You can contract some serious disease here if u stayPathetic attitude in staff. Beds not clean. Bug bites. Mosquitos.

after booking I had asked for early check in told it's possible, after reaching told to pay 150 extra and told it's not possible as booking done by this app
