the service of restaurant staff was very poor. toilet vent fan and room ac making noise. the room 201 allotted was not having proper mountain view.

Everything was excellent... but the flavor of food needs to be improved ..the taste was bland for us ...no complain just a suggestion🙂

Hotel is awesome and well situated in the town area. Rooms were spacious as well and the hotel staff and restaurant staff were also helpful.

Rooms are having a good view. Rooms are clean and room service is prompt. The breakfast buffet is not that good as it had limited options and the food taste was very average. The staff there is not well behaved and we expected better behaviour from the staff there(no complaints for room services staff). Good place to stay with family.

Everything in the hotel was very good. The staff was extremely polite, food was excellent, room was fabulous, very well furnished and very spacious. Dominos pizza outlet is inside only and cafe coffee day also. You can also enjoy a marvelous view from your room. Most recommended.
