It was really comfortable stay with a very cooperative and warm staff. Hardly 200mtr walk to holy Ganges river.

I had a very disappointing experience. I paid a large amount for a room that wasn’t even worth. The condition of the room was extremely poor — the bathroom was dirty and unhygienic, and the location was far from what was promised. The pictures shown online were completely misleading and looked compared to what I actually got. The phone in the room wasn’t working, so I couldn’t even contact the reception for basic services. Despite my check-in time being 2 PM, I was made to wait till 3 PM with no proper explanation or apology. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

I showed up a bit early, and I was confirmed that room will be given early only the payment of Rs 2000/- even though the room was available. This wasn't the case earlier there has been a management change recently and the new governance is less sensitive to guests.

The listing mentioned river view for deluxe room type chosen by us. There was no river view. The quality of room is not worth the price that we are paying. The only good thing is the view from the rooftop restaurant. Will suggest to avoid this hotel for other travellers.

Only best part was location and hotel staff. Its very narrow lane but Ganga ghat is very near by. Photo shown of hotel property is not correct. You will get better option in this amount. Better to avoid this hotel.

Absolutely pathetic. Don't even book if this is the last hotel in Rishikesh. Simple waste of money.Location: Located inside an extremely narrow street. You can't drive a car to the hotel.Dirty toilets, cracked walls, dirty bedsheets, holes in the doors etc etc. Images are not actual images so be extra careful while booking. Rooms are extremely noisy, you can clearly hear the voice of people in the adjacent rooms.Staff: Rude and pathetic staff. Especially the front office. Ms and Mr , both were least interested in listening to the concern. Forget about resolving them.
