Our stay at Indore Mariott was excellent. I would rate them 5stars in all aspects. Room amenities, cleanliness, comfort, proximity to main attractions. Their breakfast buffett includes great variety and everything was delicious. They made us feel very special by sending complimentary cakes for my husband and me as we were there during our birthday.

We had a great stay, the staff memebers at the hotel were very cordial and helpfull taking care of all our needs with a smile . I would specifically like to appricial Ms. Harshal & Mr. Shoumik for their outstanding services and care. Overall very satisfying experiance.

nice and coperative staff & food & stay was memorable. if i get chance again to visit indore , will do visit same hotel again. thanks to backery chef & all catering staff who server us scrumptious food

At the time of check-in I’ve confirmed twice about my dinner plus breakfast inclusiveness to which was positively affirmed but still at dinner I was chased by the staff to sign on the bill and was told that it wasn’t included to which I had to resolve at the reception. Again I had specifically confirmed at check in about my extra bed as I had booked 3 guest in twin bed room and was confirmed that it will be provided but was denied later on and was unprofessionally just told no to my face in spite of me booking an upgraded room with them
