not a great hotel at such high price, basic amenities missing. low on staff heads. poor service

Rooms are ok. The bathrooms in the diamond rooms are dirty and leaky. Walking distance from railway station.

Hotel is near to railway station about 3 minutes walk, rooms are spacious and its a new building which was still on construction progression. Bathroom is not ok, shower tap is found broken. Food quality is ok type, don't expect too much, a beer bar is open 24*7 at the back of the hotel, u can find someone drinking at 7-8 am in the morning.
The major problem is their complementary breakfast. Fist they told us that their chef is on leave so they have to arrange food from outside n the option they ...more

Worst hotel in terms of Service and Cleanliness. Staffs are untrained and non professional.They dont clean the hotel rooms and bathroom on a regular basis. Bedsheets are dirty. Even they will not change your towel. You might also finds Spiders in your room.They do not provide basic bathroom toiletries like Soap, Shampoo etc. But they charge a unneccesary high price for there rooms.There are only 2 good things about this hotel.Its very close to railway station and the hotel building looks good from outside as its a only 8 month old hotel.
