The hotel has no proper parking. My car's windshield mirror broke while the car was parked at the front of the hotel.

I was extremely disappointed to find insects in the room. There were bugs in the bathroom and near the window, which is unacceptable and raised concerns about hygiene and safety.

Nice budget hotel. Ideal for single male traveller's...location is not very great...but very close to ISBT 43. Staff was nice and helpful.
