helpful, and available staff. no laundary option. cockroaches are there and some issue with air circulation too so the room was getting smelly. got nice breakfast and had no problem extending my stay.

The stay was okay enough. Very close to IITR. Literally walking distance from one of the gates, which worked perfect for me. The room and bath towels provided could have been a touch more cleaner. There were tiny insects roaming in and around the bathroom. The hand wash provided inside room 202 was probably a decade old because it smelled terrible and the staff did not replace the bottle despite multiple requests. i have checked in at hotel and leave it within 30 minutes, room is so dirty and it is not that room which shown in hotel images, washroom is worst, ceiling of washroom is broken, no mobile networks in room.i have asked hotel and treebo to refund my money, they said we processed your refund request.i only want to thanks to treebo for quick response.
