Included bf is of hotel choice. breakfast timing 8 am and if u don't open the door, they will try to open it anyhow. zero patience after door knock. No hot water.

Stay was good and breakfast was also good But there was no hot water to bath Hot water facilities where available but due to some issues i couldn't utilise the facility and the staff's couldn't fix the issues throughout my stay But they provided a water heating coil to bath and i used it

Breakfast not provided before 8 AM, couldn't able to take breakfast due to time limit. Water not provided we need to purchase. One of room Fan not working. Multiple times we need to call or inform Receptionist if anything is not working/available in room. Not that much room hygiene. We booked 3days, one time also not came house keeping.

such a worst experience here at the hotel, 1. staff will miss guide, I went after making an inquiry about most of the sightseeing closed due to Dutta Jayanthi. However, staff gave false hope with misguidence, and I trusted them. It was a mistake. 2. No multiple single beds, which means if you are three adults, either book two rooms or get fitt into double bed, not even queen size 3. hygiene issue - no proper hygiene, rooms, bed, bedsheet, everything were poorly maintained 4.
