There were no toiletries provided, the AC failed to cool even when set to 16 degrees, and the room lighting was very dim.No kitchen facilities were available, and breakfast options were pre-decided: Idli and Vada on the first day, and Upma with Vada on the second day.

There is no option to watch south indian languages, hotel people said 'you have to watch local language channel only ' I feel very bad.

I'm writing this review while staying at the hotel as I was stuck and jad nowhere to go as it is midnight. It is one of the worst hotel I'd booked 2 rooms and the a/c for both the rooms were not cooling. We asked the reception guy to sort this problem out or else we would like to change the room. For this he said that he has no rooms available and we would have to stay in the same room. Breakfast is also served late and they don't have any kitchen. They order it from somewhere else.

The host is very nice, the staff is very nice, everything is noticed and taken care of. Getting guidance from the staff about the surrounding area made it easy for us to move around. All went well, it was a good experience
