I booked a delux room...but the room wasn't anything like the image...it seemed like the regular standard room. The bedsheet were dirty even the towels.

Staff behaviour un expected and kind of irresponsible and even rude. The bedsheet was dirty but staff refuesed to change. Intercom not working. No night lamp, No shampoo dental kit, soap etc provided as shown in the available hotel facilities.
