It's a very nice hotel with great service. Staff are very helpful and provide very nice service. In house resturant is also nice and food is tasty at a very affordable price.
Overall a very nice experience.
The only slight negative is the distance from police bazaar and you may need to get a taxi (costing around 150-200) to reach police bazaar.

The stay was very pleasant. The staff were polite and very cooperative. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Parking is also available. Food quality is also good.
Just the location of the hotel is a little bit inside from the city.
Recommended for family.

rooms are spacious and well furnished with tv. they provide hot water for drinking also. the staff are well behaved. even though we are senior citizens, we faced no problem at all.

Very homely hotel. All the staff are good and helpful. Receptionist Anita is too sweet and caring. Josh is good and well behaved. Worth the price to stay in this area. Only 2m away Our Pride Rabindranath Tagore's Shillong house. Rooms are clean. Room service is prompt and quick to act. Food is just awesome. Hopefully in the future we will book this hotel again. Thanks to Goibibo. A big thanks to Itsy Shillong Tower Guest House. ๐๐Each and every member of my family is happy. My daughter and niece are happily playing in the hotel terrace area. We enjoyed a good chat on the balcony.

Really nice hotel with a nice room and good service and behavior from the staff, the food served was also very good. However there was a problem with the bathroom door which refused to close properly and as a result it couldn't be locked, other than that, the bathroom was pretty clean.
