I recently stayed at the hotel for a business trip. I found the staff at the reception desk courteous and welcoming. I was allotted a room promptly. The room was clean and everything was in order. The staff double-checked that everything was properly arranged. The Wi-Fi access was one of the most important amenities for me since it was a business trip and there was no problem with access. The staff responded very quickly to tend to all requests.
