It was a horrible experience. There was no hygiene and the room was filled with cockroaches. The food was equally bad.

Pathetic experience at the hotel. Dirty washrooms and rude staff. Appalled at the behaviour of staff who think they are doing a favour serving us. The least any hotel can do is be courteous.

There is no proper service 10% extra charges for room service witch was not ok
