They charged 300 for just 30 minutes that we took for checking out , our checkout time was 11:30 and we checked out at 12 , for that 30 minutes they charged 300 rs.
Also the room was fine but the AC was not well maintained, AC is very old and dusty.

Ceiling of AC room was very bad. Black spot due to leakage in rainy season,hence shabby look.
No intercom facility available. Receptionists (selective )were not co-operative.

Room is Good but need to reverify all Important things like Checkout time and Food Bill.Checkout time is different for booking and offline bookings they call us on last minute for checkout. Food experience is really Horrible we recieved 2 menu Card which rate is different i order dal khichadi which shows 100 in one menu card but when I going to pay my they charged 200 and say we take second menu card order.

Positives -
1. Clean and neat.
2. Quick response from reception desk.
Opportunities -
1.Parking is an issue as it's a common parking in business complex. They do help you.
2. The approach to the hotel is a bit complex process in particular when you carry luggage. Not advised for senior citizens if they are traveling without young people with them.
Negative -
1. As it's on highway, be prepared for sleep disturbance.
2. Room illumination is not good. It's darker than desired.
