strictly budget hotel. Basically, it's an apartment with 1 BHK flats and balcony out of the city. staff is cooperative, but that's it about it. Don't expect cleanliness. I had a car so I didn't face any problem traveling to the city. The toilet faucet was not working. the wash basin was getting chocked (though room service attended).
For the given price for a night, if you can overlook the cons, you may choose to stay.
Meals are limited but can be cooked on demand. Quality was average/not bad.

I have personal hire taxi. So it's good as per rent price.
