5 star for the property. Rated 4 over overall due to location. The road to property is I'm very bad condition. in fact there is not any road for last 2-3 km's. U at least need a car, if "ve rented a two wheeler, ur gone... so much of dust that can cause breathing issue.

Room quality and size is good. Hosts are also gud.. But location is bit far. Have to depend on Taxi or cab for movement.

Fantastic experience I stayed one night with my family,Rooms are very clean n tidy, Bathroom cleanliness is awesome, you will not get such a cleanliness even in a star hotels...and above all the Property owner Mr.Omprakash ji is very polite & cooperative... I will always prefer Jannat Residency for stying in Jodhpur in future too..

vibes of this place are next level. Owner, staff all are really cooperative and caring. Rooms are well furnished and maintained. Awesome food having healthy twist. I am not exaggerating but this place is really jannat
