Janvy Suites is a newly built property with modern amenities. The onsite caretaker is a nice chap who doesn't talk much but helps you with anything to make your stay comfortable. The bedsheets, bath towels and toilets were as clean as one would expect. There's a nice restaurant called Swamy's Aryabhavan that serves traditional Kerala food as well as a bakery just 300 meters from the property. It is not worth for money. Horrible room ambience. Even not having dust bin. I won’t recommend to anyone. Log if mosquito are there inside the room.
