1.Excellent room service.
2.Spotlessly clean , all COVID protocols followed.
3.Tasty & Hygenic food.
4.Polite, courteous and friendly staff.
5.Beutiful view from room.
6.Centrally located.
Suggestion: A travel desk would be helpful for customers.
Enjoyed my stay at Hotel Japfu, Kohima.

The Hotel and Rooms are fairly neat and tidy. The house keeping and room service is good. You can expect sudden power failures, which may not last for more than 5 minutes.
