it is best hotel for families. clean room. friendly staff. only problem is we cannot get food in near of hotel but we book by online.

I am not at all satisfied with this hotel and room.First of all No television working in any rooms and they are not informing me before checking. We have given changed room because first check in room has no light in bath room. Totally atmosphere also not feel comfortable.. So bad experiences...

When i reached at the reception i wait for 20 mnts to check in on time 5.30 pm and the tv was not in working condition. I requested them for changing the room but they told that there is no tv rooms available
