- Booked 2 rooms. 1 of the room was filled with the smell of alcohol and smoke from previous guests. The cleaning staff did not even spray the room freshener. They should have taken extra care considering kids are going to stay in the same room.
- No towels in one of the rooms.
- Overall rooms are overpriced. The resort is good but not worth that much money.
- The restaurant is too small and gets crowded and loud when all guests are present.
- Good for families with kids.

room was amazing.we felt as if we were in a forest. the view from room was very natural. we stayed in kuawa room . very humble staff. coffee plantation walk was good. prafulla shared nice knowledge about the estate and coffees... you should make sleeping arrangements for drivers .we are here in coffee state but you serve nescafe in rooms which is little disappointed. the coffee served in restaurant is nice. . you should add more in your breakfast menu. keep hair dryer in washroom.good rooms . privacy is also maintained. descent distance between rooms.

Beautiful refreshing stay! The staff was so friendly and courteous, the food was super delicious and the room was luxurious! The overall architecture and design of not just our stay but the entire resort blew my mind!

This was our second time. Let me start with what I liked the most - their staff. The staff is so friendly, polite and courteous. We were welcomed by a smiling lady (couldn’t remember her name). She waited for us to get down from our car and greeted us well followed by spiced jaggery tea as welcome drink and a face towel. Her helping staff explained the property and amenities. Mithin, their front desk staff was taking care of our buggy, plantation walk, etc. He was very understanding and polite.

The hotel is located centrally. The room was not really done when we checked in, a lot we had to get done post check in. Looks like they are really short of staff which is a concern. The food is really below average and it was mostly Tamil food which was really boring. For the tariff paid food was very minimal.

Very beautiful place. But food is filthy expensive. For example, 1 plate palak paneer costs 650 INR + tax and cones close to 750-800. 1 tiny roti costs 180 +tax which is almost 230. Food is a big bomb. And one more thing, we had booked for a premium room type and we were given an inferior room.
