I have occurred one non AC delux double bed room,
Bed sheet having multiple holes and blanket is too much smelling , pillows are like the big stone.
For 2 person in double bed room only one towel provided.
Complimentary water bottle do not having seal closed.
These are afee critical things that hotel needs to focus on.

No hot water available in the Bathroom, Flush was not working properly. Towels and soaps were not provided... Tv was not available...

clean rooms and good reachable location, staff behavior was good but something was missing such as chair, telephone, tv is disconnected, towels in bathroom.overall good stay.
